Lincoln Tate Ripley, BA

Psychological Testing Technician

Lincoln Tate Ripley is a graduate from the University of North Texas, where he received a B.A. in Psychology. He is primarily a researcher who focuses on psychometrics, critical validity, and testing and assessment in Neurodiverse populations. His research and advocacy are a part of a mission to empower Neurodivergent folks through well-written and reflective research that will allow them to be seen for their full potential. Not only does Lincoln focus on Neurodiversity, but also with LGBTQ+ matters and disability advocacy. In his work, he focuses on deconstructing medical views of diagnosis in an effort to help remove common barriers that exist. His special interests include coffee, psychometrics, disability, and bug-collecting.
